About Us
Laurjosh is a partnership between Kevin Payne and Robert Hallead. Kevin has been breeding and showing purebred dogs under the Laurjosh prefix since 1992. Robert's involvement in showing and breeding predates that. He was a handler and breeder of multiple poodle champions, along with other breeds. For the last 20 years he has been breeding and showing purebred cats (CFA) under the cattery name Beritas (Tonkinese).
Our primary breed is the DACHSHUND, but we have finished championships in Beagles, and American Cocker Spaniels. Our focus is the LONGHAIRED DACHSHUND in miniature and standard sizes.

Happy, Healthy Bloodlines
We strive to produce happy and healthy dogs who will make the best companions. Unless otherwise stated, our puppies are sold with a 1 year warranty against any genetic illness that would preclude it from being kept as a pet.
Our Commitment
We realize that "life happens" and there are situations where a dog can no longer be kept. Any dog leaving Laurjosh must be returned (at any point in its life, regardless of age) if he/she can no longer be kept.
